Development Management
General Mills Corporation’s 1.5 million square foot distribution building in Social Circle, GA was managed by Chesterfield throughout its 130 acre site development. As the development manager for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation, our team oversaw the proposal for the build-to-suit, ran site due diligence, facilitated site design and managed all phases of construction. The General Mills Distribution Facility was completed in Q2 of 2010.
