Savannah River International Trade Park

Chesterfield was chosen by the Georgia Ports Authority to develop Parcels 3 and 4 of Savannah River International Trade Park.

• Parcel 3: Chesterfield led all pre-development and design for a 1.1 million square foot facility that sold to Safavieh.
• Parcel 4: $100 million project where Chesterfield developed 3 industrial buildings totaling over 1.8 million square feet.

Chesterfield was chosen by the GPA amongst a group of other competing developers due to our experience and track-record of delivering quality class A industrial product on large tracts of land. Chesterfield worked closely with the Georgia Ports Authority for the successful development of Parcels 3 and 4.

• The first of 3 buildings, 4A was for JLA Homes as a Build-to-Suit. This was a 1.27 million SF distribution building delivered in the Q2 2019 for JLA Homes.
• The second of 3 buildings, 4B was sold to Averitt Express by Chesterfield. Both the land and development of a 130,000 SF building was coordinated, with delivery being made in Q2 2019.
• The third of 3 buildings, 4C was a speculative Crossdock build of 420,650 SF. This Crossdock was completed by Chesterfield in March 2019, and is leased by Shaw Floors.
